I am an internationally renowned Ayurvedic clinician, meditation teacher, nutritionist, and energy healer who employs diet, herbs, yoga therapy, meditation, and Ayurvedic treatment to restore my patients’ mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and to prevent disease and disorders.

It's for this reason that I decided to create this program to help you heal your body, increase your energy, release toxic emotions, rewire your mind, open your heart, relax your nervous system, and create nourishing habits!

My approach brings together integrative medicine with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda that comes from my South Asian lineage. These are long-lasting, sustainable solutions that free you to live a long, happy, and healthy life.

In particular, I focus on healing trauma, which often leads to anxiety, depression, feelings of loss, women’s health, longevity, cravings, and addiction.
